360 HR & Headhunting Consultant

Our team is growing and were looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business development and candidate delivery.

If you thrive on prospecting B2B clients for executive search & HR solutions and know how to run a full-cycle recruitment process from start to finish this role is for you.

What youll do:

• Business Development: Prospect pitch and close key accounts for headhunting and specialized HR services.

• Account Management: Build strong advisory relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source screen interview and present top-tier candidate slates for key positions.

What were looking for:

• Proven track record in a dual role (B2B Sales Headhunting/Recruiting).

• Solid understanding of the HR services and executive search market.

• Strong focus on hitting commercial targets and meeting delivery deadlines.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
