Requisitos

• 35 years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles testing web applications.
  
• Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  
• Hands-on experience with Playwright Cypress Selenium or similar end-to-end automation frameworks.
  
• Experience designing and maintaining Page Object Model (POM)-based automation frameworks.
  
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API testing methodologies.
  
• Experience working with reusable test utilities fixtures and large-scale E2E test suites.
  
• Familiarity with Git workflows pull requests and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Ability to debug issues across frontend backend API and environment layers.
  
• Strong written communication skills for documentation test plans and bug reporting.
  
• Experience testing role-based permission-driven or multi-tenant SaaS applications.
  

• Experience with React Vite Vitest or Testing Library.
  
• Experience with Python and pytest.
  
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
  
• Experience with test management platforms such as Zephyr or similar tools.
  
• Experience working with Docker-based local or staging environments.
  
• Experience testing B2B SaaS platforms fintech products document workflows compliance systems or enterprise applications.
  
• Experience improving test reliability and reducing flaky tests.
  
• Basic knowledge of accessibility and responsive testing practices.
  
• Experience testing asynchronous jobs queues background processing systems or workflow pipelines.
  
• Exposure to AI/ML document processing or automation-driven platforms.
  

• Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  
• Preference for candidates with strong overlap during Eastern or Central Time business hours.
  

• Design develop and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright TypeScript and Page Object Model (POM) best practices.
  
• Expand automation coverage across smoke regression feature workflow API and backend integration testing.
  
• Improve test stability by reducing flaky tests strengthening selectors optimizing waits and debugging failures in local and CI environments.
  
• Support automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
  
• Collaborate with engineering product DevOps and QA teams to improve application testability release quality and defect management processes.
  
• Convert manual QA scenarios into scalable automated test coverage.
  
• Validate critical workflows such as authentication permissions role-based access tenant isolation and workflow automation.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation framework improvements and testing standards.
  
• Assist in troubleshooting issues across frontend backend API and infrastructure layers.
  
• Document test plans automation strategies bugs and testing processes clearly and effectively.
