We are looking for a professional EDI Analyst responsible for managing and supporting electronic data interchange (EDI) connections including processes such as invoicing ordering and price lists.
In this role you will coordinate integrations with multiple vendors ensuring good communication follow-up and timely delivery. You will be involved in the end-to-end implementation of integrations for both new and existing setups ensuring quality and completion of requirements.
You will also monitor integration processes identify issues and support troubleshooting and resolution. Additionally you will maintain clear documentation of integrations progress and issues and help improve processes and tools.
The ideal candidate is organized analytical and has good communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work well with different teams.
Requisitos
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
Billing
IT
Technical roles
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Good communication skills especially via email.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to track processes and meet deadlines.
Ability to document processes progress and issues clearly.
Experience or familiarity with tracking tools (e.g. CRM tools like HubSpot or similar).
Required Skills:
rong experience with Azure DevOps (Repos Boards PR workflows pipelines branch policies). Experience with SDLC processes CI/CD UAT and release readiness. Experience with cloud-based or AI-assisted development tools. Knowledge of secure development practices and sensitive data handling (PHI awareness). Understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID and access management fundamentals. Experience working in cloud environments preferably Azure. Strong communication stakeholder management and documentation skills. Ability to work in governance-driven and cross-functional environments.
