SENIOR AESTHETIC THERAPIST (LASER-confident)

LOCATION: Quatre Bornes MAURITIUS (MU)

START DATE: 01 August 2026 / A.S.A.P

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• CLOSED on weekends at present - however due to demand the working hours may adjust to include weekend elements

CONTRACT: Full-time (including 6-month probation period & annual leave)

REPORT TO: Director

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

• Basic Salary per monthRs80000 per month (Mauritius Rupees)
• Commission earned on Services rendered & retail sold (10% - 15%) Excellent earning potential based on commissions earned
• Recruitment flights (joining)
• Visa (Business & Employment)
• 13th Cheque / BONUS upon concluding 1-year employment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Valid Passport for traveling at the time of application
2. International DIPLOMA achieved in Somatology / Dermal Aesthetics / Advanced Somatology
3. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP etc - accreditation
4. At least SEVEN years employment experience post-graduation within a high-end salon or aesthetic environment
5. International employment experience is highly advantageous
6. Skilled & confident to perform all standard SKINCARE services required
7. Specialised services required:
   - Perform detailed Skin Analysis & Treatment Planning Protocol
   - LASER Hair Removal
   - IPL Therapy
   - Micro-needling
   - Advanced Facial Treatment with Chemical Peel
   
8. Ability to communicate with proper grammar in English
9. Professional client rapport & relationship curation
10. Ability to consult with clients on a face to face basis.
11. Highly motivated and energetic individual.
12. Knowledge of trends in Skin Care Aesthetics& active ingredients
13. Retail sales experience
14. Prior managerial experience is highly beneficial
