About the Role

As a Butcher you will play a key role in the kitchen team preparing high-quality dishes and contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations. This position is perfect for culinary professionals ready to take on more responsibility and refine their skills in a world-class environment.

What Youll Do

• Meat Preparation: Cut bone trim and portion beef pork poultry and seafood according to standard yields and chef specifications.

• Quality Control: Inspect all incoming meat deliveries to ensure freshness correct weight and high quality.

• Storage & Hygiene: Store meats properly in freezers and chillers at correct temperatures; ensure strict rotation of stock (FIFO - First In First Out).

• Equipment & Safety: Safely operate and clean butchery equipment (saws grinders knives slicers) and maintain a clean sanitized work area in line with food safety standards (HACCP).

• Waste Management: Minimize food waste by maximizing product yields and utilizing trimmings for stocks or stews where appropriate.
