Business Integration Consultant

Our Mauritius office was established in 2015 and has become one of the key entities within the group supporting clients across Europe and beyond. With a multicultural and multilingual team Mauritius plays an important role in goFLUENTs global strategy.

We are looking for a Business Integration Consultant to join our Integration team and help some of the worlds largest companies connect their learning and talent systems with goFLUENTs solutions.

In this role you will manage integration projects from start to finish: understanding client needs defining the solution coordinating implementation testing and supporting deployment.

You will work closely with clients project managers Sales Customer Success and technical teams making sure integrations run smoothly and deliver the expected experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys project management solving problems working with different stakeholders and learning about technology without necessarily being a developer.

• Understand clients business and technical requirements and translate them into clear integration solutions.

• Advise and challenge clients on the best approach to integrate goFLUENT solutions with their LMS ATS or other platforms.

• Act as the bridge between clients Customer Success teams project stakeholders and technical teams ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of the requirements and solution.

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams during the solution design phase of client projects.

• Lead international integration projects from requirements gathering and solution definition through testing and deployment.

• Coordinate with internal and external project managers technical teams and technology partners to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Support clients and internal teams in understanding and resolving integration-related issues involving technical experts when deeper technical support is required.

• Ensure clear communication and follow-up throughout the project keeping stakeholders aligned on progress requirements and next steps.

• Share knowledge and coordinate information internally helping other teams better understand integration topics and best practices.

• A least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar coordination role.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A structured detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence working with different stakeholders including clients and internal teams.

• Fluency in English.

• Experience administering or integrating LMS or LXP platforms.

• Knowledge of technologies such as SAML or OAuth.

• Understanding of APIs and technical documentation.

• Basic knowledge of coding or technical concepts.

• French or German language skills.
