Are you a compliance professional who thrives on navigating regulatory complexity and driving high standards of governance As an Associate Manager Operational Compliance youll play a pivotal role in strengthening IQ-EQs compliance framework by overseeing regulatory processes managing risk monitoring operational controls and developing a high-performing team. What You Will Do
- Youll support the Manager in ensuring all regulatory approvals are processed maintained and kept up to date while overseeing compliance-related activities.
- Youll conduct client file reviews bank transaction monitoring CDD remediation follow-ups and reviews of compliance matters that may lead to client disengagement.
- Youll perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) PEP and REP assessments World-Check screenings and monitor compliance findings and remediation activities across key systems and processes.
- Youll work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance processes are adhered to mitigate operational risks and support the preparation of compliance reports and periodic reviews.
- Youll help build team capability by coaching and developing team members conducting performance appraisals and recommending career development plans.

Qualifications :
About You
- You hold a degree in Law or another relevant discipline and possess a strong understanding of the Financial Services Act (FSA) Securities Act FIAMLA and FIAMLR
- You bring robust experience within the financial services industry preferably in Compliance or Operations.
- You have strong analytical and risk assessment skills with the ability to identify compliance issues and drive effective remediation.
- You be a collaborative and proactive leader who can engage coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- You have excellent communication skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
