Associate Executive Centralised Billing

The Associate is an entry-level role. The role holder combines both learning and delivering of low-to-medium complex payment processes and all related activities (except the review).

The work of the Associate will be reviewed by the Associate Manager and/or the Manager depending on whether 6-eyes review or 4-eyes review is required.

All work delivered need to be accurate well-presented and meet quality standards.

What Youll Do: 

• You will receive and process payment requests from the Client Service team with accuracy and efficiency
• You will manage intra-group transfers refunds and core/non-core recurring fees such as Audit Legal and Administration charges
• You will process third-party payments including professional fees loan repayments and associated interest payments
• You will maintain company physical files and documents in proper order within compacters safes and filing cabinets
• You will ensure protection of information assets and comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) protocols at IQ-EQ MU

Qualifications :

About you:

• You hold a Bachelors degree or part-qualified status with ICSA or ACCA
• You have 12 years relevant experience in billing finance or a similar administrative role
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) at a competent level
• You are fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
• You demonstrate strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
