This role combines web development and quality assurance responsibilities making it ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting improving user experience and ensuring high application reliability. You will work primarily with React and environments helping ensure front-end interfaces and back-end services remain stable efficient and bug-free.
Location: Hybrid Malta
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
Perform manual and automated testing for new and existing features within React and applications.
Identify regressions and potential issues before deployment to production.
Bug Investigation & Resolution
Monitor error logs and user-reported issues.
Reproduce troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end bugs efficiently.
Testing & Automation
Build and maintain lightweight automated test suites using tools such as Jest or Playwright.
Improve testing coverage and reduce repetitive manual checks.
Feature Maintenance
Support ongoing maintenance and small feature enhancements across web components and API endpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement business-driven updates
Documentation
Maintain clear technical documentation testing procedures and troubleshooting records to support internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
13 years of professional experience working with React and
Good understanding of TypeScript and debugging type-related issues.
Familiarity with modern testing frameworks such as Jest or Playwright.
Experience using Git or Bitbucket for version control and pull request workflows.
Strong attention to code quality and application stability.
