Tasks

What You Will Do

• Design develop and maintain backend services using technologies (C# .NET Core 8) with a strong focus on performance scalability and clean architecture.
• Build and integrate messaging systems and background services ensuring reliable eventdriven communication across distributed components.
• Write and optimise MS SQL queries indexes and performancecritical operations for highvolume environments.
• Contribute to architectural discussions technical design sessions and product brainstorming helping shape the future of our platform.
• Define and uphold engineering best practices across coding standards testing CI/CD and system design.
• Drive continuous improvement staying current with emerging technologies tools and frameworks that can elevate our engineering capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced highly supportive environment where knowledgesharing is part of the culture.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles API design REST asynchronous processing and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in C# .NET Core MS SQL SOA and distributed caching technologies (e.g. Redis).
• Experience with Typescript or Python is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• A mindset built on accountability ownership and continuous improvement.
• A collaborative spirit someone who enjoys working with others and contributing to a positive engineering culture.
