Job Summary
Our client a well established organization operating within the transport and mobility sector is currently seeking a Sales Agent to join their commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable travel products and services based on their needs.
- Promote and recommend available products while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately including cash and electronic payments.
- Reconcile daily sales and ensure all transactions are completed according to company procedures.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of sales materials and report any shortages when necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries in a friendly professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure the sales outlet is presented in a clean and organized condition at all times.
- Support the team with additional operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales customer service or a similar customer facing role.
- Good command of spoken and written English; Maltese is considered an asset.
- Basic numeracy skills and confidence in handling cash transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales oriented mindset with the ability to achieve individual targets.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation.
- Well organized with good attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Flexible to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays.
