Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Commission
Main Duties:
- Stay current on offered products and services
- Sell fares processing top-ups and upselling key products
- Handle cash card sales and account recharges
- Reconcile and closing out end-of-shift sales
- Maintain card inventory and submitting periodic reports
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally to boost satisfaction
- Wear a clean uniform and maintaining good personal hygiene
- Perform additional operational tasks as business needs require
What skills do you need
- Ordinary level of education in Mathematics
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and preferably Maltese
- Preferably one-year previous work experience in a sale related position
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with the self-motivation and focus needed to solve problems and drive results independently
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
