Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Leadership of projects from inception to completion.
- Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor.
- Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope goals deliverables required resources and timing.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle.
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to business.
- Administration of team and retrospective meetings.
- Shielding the team from business distractions.
- Implement and safeguard process improvements.
Requirements
- 2 years of IT project management experience.
- Ability to effectively manage time prioritize work multi-task across many projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical knowledge to establish credibility with technical leaders.
- Experience operating in an agile and waterfall project management style environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; able to assemble and present information in a clear and structured manner.
- Working knowledge of Google GSuite.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA Confluence) and/or OpenProject.
- Fluent in English.
