Job Summary

Our client os looking for a Platform Business Analyst to support and improve internal platform processes assist business operations and act as a key link between business and technical teams.

In this role you will analyse business needs investigate platform-related issues and help deliver improvements across systems and workflows. You will work closely with different departments to understand operational challenges define clear requirements and ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently.

This position suits someone who is analytical detail-oriented and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Tasks

  • Gather analyse and document business requirements for platform enhancements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
  • Create and maintain development tickets and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure platform improvements are delivered effectively.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify operational issues or recurring trends.
  • Review reports and business data to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist with improving reporting processes and validating data accuracy.
  • Investigate platform issues recommend solutions and follow them through to completion.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems and business workflows.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of platform-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Previous experience within a technology SaaS fintech iGaming e-commerce or other fast-paced digital environment.
  • EQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira Confluence Power BI Looker Databricks or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of business processes platform workflows system logic and operational processes.
  • Ability to analyse reports dashboards and data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools.
  • Experience working with third-party system integrations is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
