Our client a respected automotive company with over 30 years of experience is currently seeking a Panel Beater to join their team. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by repairing vehicles of all types working safely and efficiently and applying the skills and expertise needed to restore vehicles to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles ensuring accurate alignment and fit.
- Restore damaged body panels to a high standard preparing surfaces for the painting stage.
- Complete repairs in line with company procedures safety requirements and quality expectations.
- Record labour hours and material usage accurately while minimising waste.
- Maintain a clean safe and organised working environment at all times.
- Assist in the guidance and oversight of junior team members or apprentices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship.
- Skilled in structural and panel repairs using jigs and measuring tools.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently or in a team.
- Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level).
