Paid Media Specialist

Location: Hybrid - Malta
Reporting to Director of Marketing

Your Mission

• Run paid campaigns primarily across Meta (80% of spend) with a secondary focus on Google (20%) and Snapchat as a growing channels.

• Get involved in the ideation process for ad creative - briefing the design team evaluating output and iterating on what performs.

• Set up Meta accounts and liaise with the Compliance team on related admin.

• Manage budget pacing and forecasting with budget itself controlled by external business owners

• Work across a mix of ventures spanning iGaming and other industries - some already up and running others launching from the ground up.

• Take part in meetings with external stakeholders and business owners staying closely aligned on priorities and results.

What Makes You a Fit

• Degree in marketing business or a related field and/or platform certifications (Meta Blueprint Google Ads TikTok) are a plus - background in iGaming is nice to have but not required.

• 4 years of hands-on paid social experience across Meta .

• Google/YouTube and ideally Snapchat or TikTok - a strong plus.

• Strong grasp of campaign structure targeting bidding and budget pacing with the ability to interpret and optimize against key metrics (CPA ROAS CTR CPM)

• Understanding of conversion tracking and pixel/API setup (Meta Pixel Conversions API GTM GA4) including post-iOS 14 measurement challenges

• Strong creative sense - able to brief evaluate and iterate on ad creative and copy that performs

• Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools (GA4 Looker Studio Excel) and commercially minded with awareness of ad policy compliance in regulated verticals like iGaming Fintech or Crypto
