Job Summary

Main Duties:
- Lead motivate and develop the team to achieve planned output and quality targets while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety guidelines
- Monitor and review team performance identifying areas for improvement and supporting employee development through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Achieve shift KPI targets and report any operational issues to management
- Troubleshoot and resolve product and plant issues liaising with the maintenance team when necessary
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles including 5S brainstorming events and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between management and team members to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations
What skills do you need
- A Leadership or Management Diploma (MQF Level 5)
- A technical qualification and/or Wireman Licence A and B will be considered an asset
- 35 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably within a lean manufacturing setting)
- Strong leadership interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Solid understanding of quality systems and processes
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
