Job Summary

Basis: Full time

Main Duties:

  • Lead motivate and develop the team to achieve planned output and quality targets while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety guidelines
  • Monitor and review team performance identifying areas for improvement and supporting employee development through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • Achieve shift KPI targets and report any operational issues to management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product and plant issues liaising with the maintenance team when necessary
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles including 5S brainstorming events and other continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between management and team members to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations


What skills do you need

  • A Leadership or Management Diploma (MQF Level 5)
  • A technical qualification and/or Wireman Licence A and B will be considered an asset
  • 35 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably within a lean manufacturing setting)
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Solid understanding of quality systems and processes
  • Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively


Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
