Non-Executive Director (Malta)

The candidate must be located in Malta applications of those residing outside of Malta will not be considered.

BwB is seeking a Non-Executive Director to join the companys board. This role will offer an independent perspective on company activities to provide insight on possibilities for enhanced decision-making. This role will advise Senior Management on how to enable further development of the company in Malta which will require a constructive working relationship with Senior Management.

The current time commitment for this role is approximately 2 hours per quarter.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years experience in financial services investment banking or a closely related field
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services; prior ESG or sustainability experience is essential
• Demonstrable understanding of board governance fiduciary duties and leadership at senior level
• Familiarity with Maltas financial regulatory or business environment is an advantage
