Legal Counsel

Were looking for an experienced lawyer to join our team and take ownership of a broad range of intellectual property and commercial legal matters in a fast-paced B2B gaming environment.

What Youll Do: 

• Managing the full trademark lifecycle including clearance filings renewals and portfolio strategy.
• Conducting game title and brand clearance assessments.
• Advising on IP ownership licensing infringement and enforcement matters.
• Drafting reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements including distribution sublicensing platform integration supplier agreements and NDAs.
• Supporting stakeholders across product commercial technology and finance with practical legal advice.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and managing relationships with external counsel.

Qualifications :

Who You Are:

• Qualified lawyer with 5 years post-qualification experince.
• Strong intellectual property experience particularly trademarks and IP transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Background in technology gaming media or entertainment (iGaming experience is a plus).
• Working knowledge of GDPR and EU data protection law.
• Commercially minded pragmatic and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
