Industry: Legal / Law Firm

Main Duties:
- Advise clients across diverse sectors on commercial and regulatory matters
- Draft review and negotiate various commercial agreements
- Assist with corporate transactions restructurings and company documentation
- Provide ongoing legal support to assist clients daily business operations
What skills do you need
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Advocacy (LL.M.) or equivalent
- Warranted Maltese Advocate experienced in corporate commercial IP and/or data protection law
- Minimum of 3 years working in corporate and commercial law preferred
- Strong drafting analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Practical commercial mindset with a self-motivated proactive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in English
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
