Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Marketing Projects Manager to support the planning coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and client projects. This role works closely with clients management and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and client projects across multiple teams.
- Manage timelines tasks and project deliverables.
- Track progress identify risks and support timely project completion.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting systems.
Client & Team Communication
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure clear communication of updates feedback and deadlines.
- Organise meetings take notes and follow up on action items.
- Support client satisfaction and relationship management.
Operations Support
- Assist with workflow management and process improvements.
- Use project management tools such as ClickUp Asana or Trello.
- Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 13 years experience in marketing project coordination account management or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a marketing agency environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress Zapier or similar platforms.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
