Job Summary

Our client a respected automotive company with over 30 years of experience is currently seeking a Human Resources Associate to join their team.

Recruiting applicants already residing in Malta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Assist with the implementation of training and development initiatives.
  • Carry out various administrative HR functions.
  • Support internal employee communications.
  • Contribute to overall workforce engagement.
  • Assist in recruitment processes.
  • Monitor performance evaluations.
  • Address employee-related matters.
  • Help maintain a positive and well-structured working environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in Human Resources management HR operations or similar roles.
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Maltese (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of training and development processes.
  • Experience with HR software and systems will be considered an asset.
