HR Executive

Our client is looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Executive to support the day-to-day Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will work closely with employees and management across the organisation supporting recruitment employee relations administration and HR initiatives.
- Support the full recruitment process from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with employment contracts employee documentation and HR correspondence.
- Support attendance leave and other employee-related administration.
- Assist with payroll preparation and provide relevant information to the Finance team.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist with performance management training and employee development initiatives.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement and internal HR activities.
- Ensure HR records and processes are maintained in line with applicable legislation and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management when required.
- Carry out any other HR-related duties commensurate with the role.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role preferably within hospitality wellness or a customer-focused environment.
- A qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment procedures.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proactive approachable and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
