Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented reliable and committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest.

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Change bed linens replace towels and replenish guest amenities.
• Clean and maintain public areas corridors and back-of-house areas as required.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared and presented to the highest standards before guest arrivals.
• Report maintenance issues damaged items or lost property to the relevant departments.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Follow health safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as required.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in housekeeping cleaning or hospitality is considered an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
