Housekeeper

Our client operates a boutique 9-bedroom guest house in Rabat offering guests a comfortable and welcoming accommodation experience.

They are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to help maintain the property to a consistently high standard and ensure guests enjoy a clean comfortable and welcoming environment.

The Housekeeper will be responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms and communal areas throughout the 9-bedroom property.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented organised takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
• Make and change beds and ensure rooms are properly prepared for incoming guests.
• Clean and maintain floors surfaces furniture and other areas throughout the property.
• Handle laundry including washing drying folding and organising linen and towels.
• Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with required amenities and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all common areas.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues damages or items requiring attention.
• Follow appropriate cleaning and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure the property is consistently presented in a clean tidy and welcoming condition.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as required.

• Currently residing in Malta.
• Previous experience in housekeeping cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
• Reliable hardworking and responsible.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours including weekends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a hospitality environment.
• Professional and respectful approach towards guests and colleagues.
