Outreach Recruitment Agency is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a leading recruitment agency we are dedicated to finding the best candidates for our clients and we believe that our housekeeping team is an essential part of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning dusting vacuuming and mopping in designated areas.

- Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean tidy and well-maintained.

- Restock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.

- Communicate with guests professionally and courteously.

- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

- Pre-departure course certificate

-High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals proper storage and disposal methods.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
