German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent

We are looking for a German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent to join an international customer service team in Malta.

This is an on-site customer support role where you will assist customers in German and English while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.

• Provide professional customer support in German and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries and service-related requests.
• Deliver clear accurate and customer-focused solutions.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

• German language proficiency.
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work on-site in Malta.
• Candidates must already be based in Malta.
• EU citizenship or a valid Maltese work permit is required.

• Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 09:0018:30.
• On-site position in Malta.

• Starting gross salary: 5.60 per hour.
• Language allowance available after successful completion of training.
• Performance bonus may apply after the probation period.
• International working environment.

Please note: Relocation support is not provided for this position. Candidates must already reside in Malta.

Final salary bonus eligibility schedule training and contractual conditions will be confirmed during the official offer process.
