Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and professional customer support through phone email live chat and social media.
• Assist passengers with booking flights modifying reservations rebooking itineraries and processing cancellations.
• Explain fare conditions baggage allowances travel requirements and airline policies clearly and accurately.
• Support customers with online check-in boarding procedures and general travel information.
• Recommend appropriate travel options and solutions tailored to each passengers needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and deliver timely solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions requests and resolutions using internal systems.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Maltese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
