What Youll Do

• Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Handle requests professionally across multiple communication channels.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality objectives.

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent French
• English C1 level (Harver English assessment required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross salary: 930/month (14 salaries)
• Attendance bonus: 65/month (11 months)
• 24/7 rotational shifts (MondaySunday) with 2 rotational days off

Contract

This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract. While the initial contract duration is six months there is a possibility of extension based on business needs and individual performance.
