Freelance Headhunter – FX, iGaming & Legal

Next to our multilingual hiring we fill specialist and senior roles for international employers: sales and retention in FX and online trading iGaming legal counsel country managers and business development mainly in Cyprus Malta Dubai and across Europe. Were building a small team of experienced headhunters who grow with us and get rewarded for their results. About the role - Independent contractor fully remote on your own hours - You take on specialist roles that match your network - You headhunt screen and present candidates and manage them through interviews and offer - We handle the employer side What you earn - Performance-based fee for every successful placement agreed per role before you start: typically 1000 or more higher for senior roles - No cap on your earnings and first pick of new specialist roles as you deliver - Youre paid your share when the employer pays us. Every employer has its own payment terms so timing differs by role and we tell you the terms before you start on one - We walk you through everything in the first call Why people do this - Room to try your own ideas: sourcing referrals communities content.
