Danish-speaking Team Leader Sales & Collections in Malta

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management sales performance customer experience and collections ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets KPIs and operational performance.

Your Role

You will lead a team of fewer than 10 agents and take responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development.

• Lead coach and develop the Sales & Collections team
• Drive performance across sales onboarding and collections
• Own and follow up on key KPIs and targets
• Monitor conversion rates default rates and collections results
• Support customer onboarding and document verification
• Help develop effective collections strategies
• Ensure customers are treated fairly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance
• Collaborate with other departments across the business
• Ensure processes follow internal compliance standards and policies

You have:

• Previous leadership experience
• Experience within sales collections customer service financial services or another performance-driven environment
• Strong coaching and people-management skills
• A commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs
• Excellent English
• Fluency in Danish
• An EU passport / right to work in Malta
