Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hybrid Sliema Malta (office)

To Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with customers through Live Chat telephone and email ensuring clear and efficient communication
• Use internal tools to investigate and resolve customer enquiries coordinating with various departments and escalating issues within the Customer Service department as needed
• Resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of policies procedures and licensing requirements to provide accurate information
• Promote and advocate for responsible gambling practices among customers
• Participate in training and ongoing development to continuously build knowledge and skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Danish and strong communication in English both verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with various technologies to investigate communicate and resolve customer enquiries
• Active listener with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored support
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Eagerness to expand personal knowledge and skills
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving capabilities to resolve challenges independently
• Strong individual and team collaboration skills
