Customer Service Representative – Maltese

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Greece in the search for a Maltese-speaking Customer Service Representative.

The role handles customer inquiries across calls emails chat and messaging platforms supporting customers with account-related queries and resolving issues efficiently within a structured CRM-based BPO environment.

Critical Requirements

• Native or near-native Maltese
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to work fixed weekday shifts (10:0018:00)
• Candidates must be over 21 years old

Salary: 1350 per month (x14 salaries gross)
