Our client a well established organization in Malta is currently seeking a Customer Care Agent to join their team.
Recruiting applicants already residing in Malta.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone email and online channels.
- Assist with customer requests and complaints in a professional manner.
- Record cases accurately and escalate issues when required.
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
- Support general administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service call centre or a similar customer facing environment.
- Fluent in English and Maltese (written and spoken).
- O Level standard of education or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong communication problem solving and attention to detail skills.
