Credit Control Officer

Industry: Food & Beverage

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary bonus & benefits

Main Duties:

• Manage receivables within assigned credit limits
• Diligently pursue payments while maintaining high-quality customer care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date portfolio postings and allocations
• Regularly review accounts to keep information current
• Handle defaulting debtors promptly initiating legal action when needed
• Enforce and adhere to established credit control procedures
• Resolve internal and external customer queries efficiently
• Ensure credit terms are professionally honoured

What skills do you need

• Minimum O Level standard of education preferred
• Prior experience in credit control required
• Self-motivated independent ethical and resilient under pressure
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• ICT literate with solid presentation skills
• Confident in handling challenging client conversations

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
