From photo editing to graphic design your work will influence global marketing campaigns elevate our brand and help create unforgettable experiences for audiences around the world.

Design & Creative Work

• Design high-quality creative assets for global exhibitions conferences and events including exhibition graphics print brochures invitations branded merchandise digital assets and basic motion graphics.
• Work on some of the iGaming industrys biggest events including ICE SiGMA G2E SBC Lisbon and other leading international conferences helping create memorable brand experiences seen by audiences around the world.
• Support and collaborate with the wider Creative Design and Marketing teams on large-scale creative projects while confidently managing your own projects from concept to delivery.
• Help shape and strengthen Evolutions global corporate brand ensuring a consistent and engaging visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Create compelling visual content that supports Employer Branding initiatives helping attract top talent while ensuring all work aligns with Evolutions brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Champion brand consistency by maintaining and applying corporate guidelines ensuring the correct use of logos typography colours templates and other brand assets across all creative output.
• Collaborate with an exceptional team of Creative Designers sharing ideas inspiring one another and delivering innovative creative solutions that elevate every project.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions bringing fresh ideas creative thinking and innovative concepts to campaigns events and brand initiatives.
• Interpret creative briefs ask thoughtful questions challenge ideas where appropriate and identify opportunities to enhance the final creative outcome.
• Stay up to date with design trends technologies and best practices continuously bringing fresh inspiration and new ideas to the team.
   

Collaboration & Teamwork

• To work closely with other members of the Marketing Team to assist in developing storyboards as well as deliver creative and original ideas.
• Contribute to an effective efficient and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures systems competencies and values are followed.
   

Research & Ad-hoc Duties

• Undertake research to keep up with new trends as well as provide reports on improvements and new ideas.
• Undertake project-specific roles for any marketing productions that need specific assistance or ownership.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Creative Field covering the fundamentals of Videography & Photography
• Previous agency experience or in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment would be advantageous.
• Skilled in the complete Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in Photoshop After Effects Lightroom & Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with current trends in colour technology communications art and other design influences
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Self-motivation enthusiasm and initiative
• Flexible approach to work - working proactively as part of a small team in a larger organisation with the ability to work alone as well as part of the team.
