In this role youll be the playmaker of new initiatives connecting departments and making sure every move counts. Whether its a new feature process or operational change youll assess the impact across the business keep everything in line with regulatory rules and commercial interests and guide stakeholders toward the best play. Reporting to the Head of Business Process Excellence youll make sure every new development is fit for the big league that is scalable compliant commercially strong and fully aligned with our winning strategy.

Your playing field

• Own the governance performance and continuous improvement of key business processes to ensure they remain scalable compliant and aligned with business objectives across multiple regulated markets. 
• Define and monitor process KPIs identify opportunities to improve performance and optimise how your processes support overall business objectives. 
• Act as the cross-functional connector between Product Operations Compliance Commercial and other teams when introducing new initiatives or product features. 
• Evaluate and challenge new proposals from a business perspective ensuring they are operationally feasible compliant and commercially viable. 
• Analyse the impact of new features and changes on business performance operational processes and customer experience. 
• Lead cross-functional discussions and drive stakeholder alignment to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. 
• Assess cost operational efficiency and return on investment when reviewing new initiatives. 
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure business operational and regulatory impacts are understood before implementation. 

Qualifications :

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Qualification. You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field or bring equivalent professional experience.
• Experience. You bring experience in Business Operations Commercial Operations Business Development or Country Management ideally within fast-paced digital businesses. Experience within the Gaming Fintech or Payments industry would be an advantage.
• Business Mindset. You are comfortable assessing initiatives from multiple perspectives including commercial viability operational impact compliance and customer value.
• Strategic Thinking. You are able to connect the big picture with operational realities ensuring new initiatives align with business strategy and deliver tangible value.
• Analytical skills. You have strong analytical capabilities and enjoy working with data to evaluate performance identify trends and support decision-making.
• Stakeholder management. You are confident working across departments and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and progress.
• Ownership. You take full responsibility for initiatives and processes ensuring they are well-governed and executed effectively.
• Language Skills. English is the official language at the office therefore fluency in English is essential. As the #1 sports betting provider in Germany German would be a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset. You always consider the customer impact when evaluating changes and improvements.
