Main Duties:

Conduct client due diligence and identity checks for fund corporate and fiduciary entities
Handle the opening of bank accounts on behalf of clients
Evaluate and mitigate risk levels throughout the onboarding process
Review and verify all submitted documentation and identification records
Perform anti-money laundering sanction and political exposure screenings
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
Coordinate with internal legal compliance and risk teams to resolve issues
Manage accurate client records and ensure proper documentation filing
Track updates to compliance regulations and implement them into current processes
Provide operational support to managers seniors and team members
Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as business needs arise

What skills do you need

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar compliance or onboarding role
Deep understanding of anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations
Proven capability in risk assessment and managing confidential information
High level of attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational time-management and multitasking abilities under pressure
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Eagerness to learn new skills and accept higher levels of responsibility

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
