Main Duties:

• Own day-to-day management and overall branch performance
• Advise customers on insurance products tailored to their needs
• Identify new opportunities promote products and cross-sell to drive growth
• Build client loyalty and actively develop new business
• Process quotes policies renewals and assist with claims
• Maintain regulatory standards quality control and internal procedures
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to sales forecasting and planning

What skills do you need

• Holds a recognized insurance qualification
• Brings at least 5 years of insurance industry experience
• Demonstrates high accountability initiative and responsibility
• Takes a commercial proactive approach to sales and growth
• Possesses strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Manages competing priorities with strong organizational skills
• Communicates confidently and professionally with diverse clients
• Maintains fluent communication skills in both Maltese and English

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
