Autonomous Production Unit Supervisor

We are looking for an APU Supervisor to join our team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of shift operations while maintaining high quality standards and meeting the production plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily production plan is achieved meeting both quantity and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate and support team leaders and operators fostering continuous development and performance improvement.
• Monitor workflow team performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Resolve operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Quality and Engineering teams to implement effective solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the update of operational procedures.
• Work in shifts to ensure uninterrupted operational continuity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an operational supervisory role (preferably within an APU or aviation environment).
• Strong leadership team management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Malta and on a shift pattern.
• Legal right to work in Malta.
