Audit Manager

Main Duties:

• Manage a client portfolio such that all client needs are dealt with in a timely manner
• Coach staff in dealing with complex and risk areas
• Perform technical reviews of audit work
• Manage the preparation of the engagement plan and ensure that appropriate resources are assigned
• Negotiate fees together with the partner and demonstrate commercial responsibility for each clients profitability
• Identify client business needs and assist partners in developing a tailored solution
• Conduct sales activities with existing client
• Continually develops staff through coaching and the conduct of regular and constructive appraisals

What skills do you need

• Are fully qualified
• Has previous experience in Audit managerial level 3 years in Audit Senior level
• Fluent in Maltese and English - Maltese speaking is a must

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
