Main Duties:

• Shadow team members to learn technicality and processes
• Assist with policy renewals new issues and client meetings
• Source C&A quotations matching clients specific needs
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Notify insurers of policy coverage changes
• Refer complex matters outside your scope to superiors
• Process transactions across systems and compile report data
• Assist the C&A team with ad-hoc duties
• Follow up regularly on outstanding debtors
• Commit to continuous professional learning and development
• Perform additional duties assigned by Senior Management

What skills do you need

• 2 to 5 years insurance experience
• Ensure accurate policy documentation matches agreed coverage
• Track market developments to offer competitive tailored terms
• Maintain ethical standards and legal/regulatory compliance

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
