Temp. Assistant – Baggage Services (Temporary Loaders)

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Temp. Assistant Baggage Services (Temporary Loaders) in Maldives. Our client Trans Maldivian Airways Pvt Ltd is seeking motivated candidates for a 9-month contract to support baggage services operations. • Load and unload passenger baggage and other authorized items safely.
  
• Transfer baggage between designated handling loading and unloading areas.
  
• Handle luggage carefully to minimize damage and ensure safe movement.
  
• Follow baggage handling procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  
• Assist the baggage services team in maintaining efficient ground operations.
  
• Coordinate with team members during baggage loading and unloading activities.
  
• Keep baggage handling and work areas orderly and free from avoidable hazards.
  
• Follow operational instructions from supervisors during assigned shifts.
  

• Baggage Handling: Ability to handle and move passenger baggage safely.
  
• Loading & Unloading: Ability to perform routine manual loading and unloading work.
  
• Manual Material Handling: Understanding of safe lifting and carrying practices.
  
• Workplace Safety: Ability to follow operational and safety procedures.
  
• Team Coordination: Ability to work effectively with baggage and ground operations teams.
  

• Previous exposure to airport aviation logistics warehouse or loading operations.
  
• Familiarity with safe manual handling practices.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a physically active operational environment.
  

Work experience was not specified in the requirement. Typical: Entry-level candidates or candidates with previous baggage handling loading/unloading warehouse logistics or similar physically demanding operational experience may be suitable.
