Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Supervisor in Maldives. Our client is a reputed organization in the Hospitality & Tourism sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Supervise daily operational activities and staff performance.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and ensure service quality standards.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns.
- Maintain attendance schedules and shift coordination.
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support management in achieving operational targets.
- Team Supervision Managing and guiding operational teams.
- Operations Management Coordinating day-to-day activities.

Typical requirement for Supervisor roles is 25 years of experience in operations hospitality tourism or team management environments. Candidates should demonstrate leadership capability and operational coordination skills.
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree (Typical)
- Preferred: Diploma / Management Certification
- Additional: Relevant supervisory or hospitality certifications

Required Education:
