Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Retail Sales Associate in Maldives. Our client is a reputed organization in the Hospitality & Retail sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements and preferences.
- Explain product features pricing promotions and availability clearly to customers.
- Operate POS systems and process cash card and other approved payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly arranged and labelled.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment of fast-moving merchandise.
- Handle customer queries returns and basic complaints professionally in accordance with store procedures.
- Support daily opening closing cash reconciliation and retail floor operations.
- Contribute to store sales targets through product recommendations upselling and cross-selling.
- Visual merchandising awareness.
- Upselling and cross-selling ability.
- Basic retail reporting and stock reconciliation knowledge.
Experience was not specified in the supplied requirement. Typical range for a Retail Sales Associate is 02 years with retail hospitality retail customer-facing sales or store operations experience being relevant. Candidates familiar with busy customer-facing retail environments may be preferred.
