Job Summary
Ensuring the maintenance repair and reliability of all buildings platforms fuel systems and related infrastructure to support safe and uninterrupted operations.
Managing the design fabrication installation and commissioning of new platforms fuel systems and infrastructure projects at resorts and remote locations.
Coordinating closely with vehicle electrical and operational teams to ensure project success and operational readiness.
Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company safety standards procedures and regulatory requirements.
Planning and managing the procurement of tools equipment materials and services required for maintenance and project activities.
Working closely with the Stores and Procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent operational disruptions.
Supervising coaching and developing staff while fostering a positive productive and customer-focused work environment.
Responding to customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
A Bachelors Degree in Engineering Facilities Management Project Management or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications preferably an MBA or equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities infrastructure or maintenance management including responsibility for projects across multiple locations.
Strong project planning execution and resource management skills.
Proven ability to lead develop and motivate teams in a collaborative working environment.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in remote operational environments.
