We are currently seeking a Loss Prevention (Security) Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at Manhattan Grand Hotel. This role is responsible for creating a safe secure and welcoming environment for our guests colleagues visitors and assets. As part of the hotels opening team you will help establish security standards emergency procedures and operational protocols that reflect the highest levels of professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the Loss Prevention team ensuring the safety and security of guests colleagues contractors and hotel property.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to prevent incidents.
• Lead investigations into security incidents accidents guest complaints and policy violations preparing accurate reports and recommendations.
• Monitor CCTV systems access control fire alarm systems and other security equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security policies health and safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Coordinate emergency responses including fire alarms medical emergencies evacuations and crisis situations.
• Conduct security awareness training and emergency drills for hotel colleagues to promote a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement emergency services and regulatory authorities when required.
• Assist in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize theft fraud damage and operational risks.

To excel in this role you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel security loss prevention or a supervisory security role preferably within an upscale or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel security operations fire and life safety systems emergency response and risk management.
• Experience supervising security teams and coordinating daily operations.
• Excellent observation investigation and incident reporting skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and guest-focused approach.
• Good working knowledge of CCTV systems access control systems and security technology.
• Certification in First Aid Fire Safety or Security Management will be considered an advantage.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts weekends and public holidays as required.
