F&B Manager

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of F&B Manager in Maldives. Our client is a reputed organization in the Hospitality & Retail sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

• Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  
• Supervise restaurant service and F&B team members and maintain operational standards.
  
• Monitor food quality presentation hygiene and guest-service standards.
  
• Control food and beverage costs inventory levels wastage and stock movement.
  
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  
• Implement food safety sanitation and hygiene procedures.
  
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
  
• Monitor team performance prepare operational reports and support staff training.
  

1. F&B Operations Management Ability to oversee end-to-end food and beverage operations.
   
2. Team Management Experience supervising and coordinating F&B service teams.
   
3. Cost & Inventory Control Knowledge of stock management wastage control and operating costs.
   
4. Food Safety & Hygiene Strong understanding of sanitation and food-service standards.
   
5. Guest Service Management Ability to maintain high service standards and address guest concerns.
   

• Hospitality operations experience in hotels resorts or high-volume F&B environments.
  
• Knowledge of F&B reporting budgeting and performance monitoring.
  
• Staff training and service-quality improvement capabilities.
