Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/MRO systems
Coordinate with vendors for quotations confirmations and deliveries
Handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements with urgency
Track orders shipments and update system records
Ensure compliance with aviation documentation (EASA Form 1 FAA 8130 etc.)
Coordinate with Engineering Stores and Logistics teams.
System Knowledge (Must Have)
Experience with ERP/MRO systems.
Ability to manage entire Purchase cycle.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree. (Degree in supply chain/Aviation/Engineering will be an added advantage)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (Aviation preferred)
- Strong follow-up coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure especially during AOG situations.
