Your Mission: We are looking for a Web Developer but if you only want to execute designs or "write code in a vacuum" this role will frustrate you. Your job is not just to build pretty pagesyour job is to build revenue infrastructure. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing (traffic) Sales (conversion) and Product (packaging) using code SEO and conversion psychology to turn visitors into enrolled students.
What Youll Actually Do
1. Build High-Converting Sales Pages (Sales Sync)
Transform sales psychology into digital architecture. You will build landing pages for our flagship bootcamps masterclasses and advanced programs.
Design objection-handling sections comparison tables and strategically placed testimonials based on real feedback from our Sales team.
Master the art of the above-the-fold hook CTA placements and information hierarchy.
2. Drive SEO & Technical Visibility (Marketing Sync)
Implement robust structural SEO: 5W1H content blocks internal linking breadcrumbs and crawlable navigation (HTML/CSS not JS-dependent).
Implement structured data (Schema / JSON-LD) and ensure our site serves strong E-E-A-T (Experience Expertise Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness) signals via optimized Author and Testimonial pages.
Own the technical health: monitor Google Search Console fix crawl errors and optimize Core Web Vitals for lightning-fast page speeds.
3. Architect Product Positioning & CRO (Product Sync)
Run A/B tests on headlines layouts and behavioral triggers to constantly improve our conversion rates.
Structure logical category pages and program pathways so our product suite is dead-simple for users to navigate and upgrade through.
Optimize the mobile UX and eliminate drop-offs on high-traffic pages.
How You Will Win Here (Success Metrics)
In your first 612 months success looks like measurable increases in our conversion rates organic CTR and time-on-page. Our course architecture will be perfectly logical and our sales pages will be objection-crushing machines.
